The Cheers Foundation of San Diego held a festive gala titled “007 – Licensed To Party” at the La Jolla Country Club the evening of October 28th. Attendees enjoyed their choice of beverage at the hosted bar, relished the sumptuous pre-dinner hors d’oeuvres, a glamorous display of fine jewelry by “Jewels with a Purpose”, followed by dinner, program highlights, and live entertainment that led guests to the dance floor and gaming tables.
Proceeds from the event to are intended to benefit The National Cheers Foundation (NCF) in support of research & health institutions, outreach programs, and women’s health advocacy groups. Their mission is to empower women to live with vitality, free from the five primary women’s health threats; heart disease, cancer, osteoporosis, depression, and autoimmune diseases. The annual celebratory event funds NCF’s “Joie de Vivre” grants, which represent the foundation’s belief in “Celebrating Life through Life’s Celebrations”.

Ranch and Coast 007 Gala – The National CHEERS Foundation presented an evening of intellectual intrigue and undercover surprises at the La Jolla Country Club. Guests enjoyed a seated dinner with international wine pairings, hosted full bar, auction indulgences, live music and dancing to NRG Music and Productions, and casino-style gaming. Founded in La Jolla in 2012, the National CHEERS Foundation’s mission is to generate funds to eradicate disease and help women of all generations live in vitality, free from the five primary health threats: heart disease, mental illness, cancer, osteoporosis, and autoimmune diseases.
